(My grandmother's recipe, and her super manicure - she sparkles daily.)
Lemon Cake Mix (18.25oz box)
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Zest (or) 1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 Cup Confectioner's Sugar (for rolling)
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Form balls from dough, and roll each one in the confectioner's sugar before placing on an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake 6-9 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
